The Fireside Bench, based on a 1902 Stickley Bros. design, is the type of high-backed settle that was often positioned in pairs near a fireplace, creating a cozy nook that held the fire’s warmth. Our 125th Anniversary version is a versatile, eye-catching storage bench that lends itself to entryways, mudrooms, living rooms, and more. Crafted of quartersawn white oak, its noteworthy features include a slightly pitched triptych-style back, a hinged seat concealing a storage space, and a stunning inlay design with subtle shading and detail created by carefully burning the veneer.
